SCREENSHOTS- In case of a dispute you will need to take screenshots to show the admin in charge of complaints. This link has a free download, or if you have XP you already have software on your computer. Just press the Prnt Screen key and it automatically saves screen image.. then open a blank paint document and paste.

It is helpful to have yahoo messenger because most league correspondence is handled through yahoo messenger. Be sure to add any members to your spadesragers spam contacts on messenger.

TO GIVE SUB CREDITS TO SUBS:

You need to send Muffy or other designated admin the information for any subs that subbed in your tourney. They will be moved in rank for sub credit. You should use yahoo messenger to send admin your sub credits. In this IM you should include the date of your tourney, tourney jump #, Sub League ID, and whether or not they won or lost in tournament.

When someone is subbing during a 1 vs 1 and they misbid, you do not penalize the sub.

Most tourneys will be single elimination, either 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2, 6 rounds, and at least 5 minutes between rounds. In the game format section, put what type of tourney and 1v1 or 2v2. This will help you when choosing which tourney to run. Also, if you cant get enough players to join a 2 vs 2 you should make a 1 vs 1 in the same format and ask all members to rejoin that tourney. This way they still get to play.

TD TOURNAMENT CHECKLIST

BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT

· Be in lobby 30 minutes prior to tour for spam.

· Spam is to go out via YIM and in the lobby 30, 15, 5(last call) minutes prior to the tourney

· In 2v2 pick GET PPL PAIRED UP! Ask for pw's in the lobby.

· Do what ever has to be done to get even by 10 minutes after.

· Close tournament ASAP! After the grace is up.

· When even call CLOSED in lobby and run lobby rules.

· If its 2v2 do not call pairings in lobby member’s use the standings page for that, call the TABLE make time.

· ONLY type pairings in lobby for 1v1 and Swiss system.

· When you get to the table click kibitz

· When everyone is seated, run table rules and TT time right after that, when everyone is in the arrow is on the table if no cards are showing you’re good to go.

· If it is hand count game "1/8 PLS HOST! This reminds table host they need to keep track of hands.

· When game is over GG REDS,BLUES~ then announce winners in lobby

· Follow these steps during the tournament,

· Finals table is to be made by td, announce FINALS OMI PLAYER / PLAYER VS PLAYER / PLAYER!

· When finals is done and you have winner, announce in lobby GOT PLAYER / PLAYER WINNING THE 4PM NICE SECOND TO PLAYER / PLAYER TYAFP, BUX IN MAIL, CAPS DOWN TO....EXC.
